Pilates is most effective when attended regularly, and ideally undertaken in 6 week blocks. This enables progression through the exercises, and for clients to set and meet their own goals. A Client Enrolment form will be given to fill in (preferably before your first session), so that I am aware of any medical conditions that may affect exercise.
